Cruise Circle wins at the prestigious Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards
Best Cruise Agency - Small
We are absolutely over the moon to share that last night, our Mark was in London and able to collect a prestigious award on behalf of the whole team at Cruise Circle. The Agent Achievement Awards (AAA's) are a highlight of the travel calendar and, particularly after the last few years, were a great opportunity for the best of the UK travel industry to come together and celebrate the achievements and resilience that the sector has displayed.
As a small business, we were in a category that had some particularly fierce competition, so it was incredibly uplifting to hear when Cruise Circle were announced as the winner.
Jason (Managing Director) & Danielle (Sales & Customer Service Director) said: "We could not feel more proud of the achievements of every single member of our team who have worked tirelessly over the past year (and more) to support our customers before, during and after their holiday, build and enhance our website, deliver on our partnerships with our cruise line and tour operator partners and design enticing holiday opportunities. This award is a testament to all of their hard work and to receive recognition from our partners for both what we have achieved and the direction that we are travelling in means the world to us."
More about the awards: The Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards are the largest celebration of the travel trade in the UK & Ireland and the highest accolade for travel agencies and agents. The awards are designed to honour those travel agencies and travel agents who truly represent the best of the travel industry and recognise excellence in a range of categories and specialisms. The glittering awards ceremony was held in front of more than 600 guests in London in association with headline sponsor Virgin Atlantic, and was hosted by television and radio favourite Vernon Kay alongside Travel Weekly editor-in-chief Lucy Huxley. The award winners are selected based on voting by travel industry suppliers including tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and tourist boards, with some categories decided by panels of expert judges. Travel Weekly is the market-leading multimedia company and magazine for the UK travel industry, with a presence in print, online and through a portfolio of events.
