On board the MV Bengal Ganga you’ll find the perfect balance of relaxed river cruising and gentle exploration. Whether you’re lounging on the sun deck’s outdoor terrace, enjoying the view with a drink at the bar or simply unwinding in the shaded sun-loungers, the ship’s design encourages slow, scenic travel. With free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a small spa area included, you won’t miss out on comforts – even as the riverbanks drift by. The atmosphere is ideal for those who prefer a calm pace, ample time to take in the surroundings and socialising in small groups rather than large-scale ship crowds.
Dining aboard the MV Bengal Ganga is focused on regional flavours served in an intimate setting. All meals are served in the main deck dining room at tables for four or six. Breakfast is offered buffet-style with a range of hot options, breads, yoghurts and regional dishes. Lunch is typically a buffet of mainly Indian cuisine, and dinner may be a buffet or set menu likewise featuring Indian dishes. Two complimentary glasses of house wine or local beer are included with lunch and dinner. Tea, coffee, soft drinks, juices and drinking water are available throughout the day.
Your accommodation on the MV Bengal Ganga is designed to be comfortable and well-positioned for viewing the river. On the Upper Deck you’ll find Deluxe Suites (approx. 27 m²) with twin beds, a lounge area and two en-suite bathrooms. Deluxe Cabins on the Upper Deck measure about 14 m² and include access to a shared balcony. Single Deluxe Cabins on the Upper Deck are around 13 m² with a Murphy-bed to save space. On the Main Deck there are Deluxe Cabins of about 14 m², also with balcony access. Each cabin opens onto a communal balcony, allowing you to drift into the riverside scenes from your room.
